What happens if I receive my order and I'm not satisfied?
We want you to fall in love with your Senza pieces. If your order isn't exactly what you expected when you receive it, you have 30 days to request a hassle-free return. Simply write to our support team (hola@senzabrand.com) and we'll guide you through the process quickly and easily.
When will I receive my order?
To guarantee the highest quality and impeccable packaging, we process each order within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, the standard delivery time in Spain is 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking code so you can know the location of your package at all times.
Do jewelry and accessories lose color with use or water?

How much does shipping cost?
