How should I clean and store my handbags?
To keep your Senza bag pristine as the first day, we recommend following these simple care guidelines:
- Daily cleaning: Use a soft, slightly dampened cloth with warm water to clean the surface. Always avoid using alcohol, solvents, or harsh chemical products that could damage the finish.
- Metal care: Although our hardware and metal details are made of water-resistant stainless steel, we advise gently drying them if they get wet to maintain their shine and prevent watermarks.
- Correct storage: When not in use, always store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. To prevent it from losing its structure or deforming, we recommend stuffing the interior with tissue paper or fabric.
What material is the jewelry made of?
Our jewelry line is made of premium grade 304 Stainless Steel, which means it is 100% waterproof and hypoallergenic. You can shower, go to the sea, or play sports with them without fear of them losing their shine or leaving marks on your skin.
Orders and Shipping
How can I track my package?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking button. Simply click on it to see the real-time location of your package.
I entered my shipping address incorrectly, can I change it?
If you have noticed the error, please write to us urgently at hola@senzabrand.com. If the order has not yet been processed (normally within the first few hours), we will be able to modify it. If it has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to make changes, and re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
How much is shipping?
We want to be completely transparent with you. These are our rates:
- Spain: Free Shipping until 05/31.
- European Union: International Shipping for €8.90.
- Rest of the world: International Shipping for €24.90.
Changes and Returns
What is the deadline for returning an item?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
How do I start a return?
It's very simple. Write to us at hola@senzabrand.com with your order number and we will send you the instructions. Please remember that, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to withdrawal (you don't like it or change your mind), the cost of return shipping is at your expense. If the product arrived defective, we will cover all costs.
