What if I receive my order and I'm not happy with it?
We want you to fall in love with your Senza pieces. If your order isn't exactly what you expected when you receive it, you have 30 days to request a hassle-free return. Simply write to our support team (hola@senzabrand.com) and we will guide you through the process quickly and easily.
When will I receive my order?
To ensure the highest quality and impeccable packaging, we process each order within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery time in Spain is 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking code so you know where your package is at all times.
Do jewelry and accessories lose color with use or water?
Not at all. Our jewelry line is made of premium-grade 304 Stainless Steel, which means it is 100% waterproof and hypoallergenic. You can shower, go to the sea, or play sports with them without fear of them losing their shine or leaving marks on your skin.
How much is shipping?
We want to be completely transparent with you. These are our rates:
- Spain: Completely free until 05/31.
- European Union: International Shipping for €8.90.
- Rest of the World: International Shipping for €24.90.
