Shipping and Returns Policy
At Senza Brand, we want your experience to be perfect from the moment you place your order until you enjoy your new items. Below, we detail how we handle shipping and returns so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
1. Shipping Policy
We work to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing: All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. No shipments are processed on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Times and Costs:
Spain: Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days). Cost: €4.99 (Free on orders over €85).
European Union (EU): International Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days). Cost: €8.90.
Rest of the World (e.g., Mexico, Colombia): International Shipping (12 to 15 business days). Cost: €24.90
Tracking your package: Once your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times.
Incorrect addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
2. Returns and Exchanges Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item.
Conditions for accepting a return: For your return to be approved, the item must arrive in the same condition in which you received it:
Unused and in perfect condition.
With the tags attached (if applicable).
In its original packaging (box or protective bag).
It is essential to present the receipt or order number.
Items that are NOT eligible for return: For strict health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings or piercing items once the security seal or packaging has been opened, unless they arrive defective. The following are also not eligible for return:
Gift cards.
Items purchased during the "Final Clearance" sale.
Steps to initiate a return:
Email us at hola@senzabrand.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Do not send any items without contacting us first; packages received without prior notification will not be accepted.
If your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
Important: Return shipping costs for changes of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage and errors in the order: Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at hola@senzabrand.com. Attach a photo of the problem so we can assess it and send you a replacement free of charge.
Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to request a return of the one you have and, once approved, place a new order separately on our website.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union): If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the items meet the hygiene and condition requirements mentioned above.
Refund Process: We will notify you by email as soon as we receive and inspect your package. If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take your bank a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since our confirmation and you have not received the money, please write to us at hola@senzabrand.com.
