1. Returns and Refunds Policy

At Senza Brand, we want you to love your pieces. However, we understand that sometimes things aren't exactly as you expected. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy.

This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

Unused and in perfect condition.

With tags attached (if applicable).

In its original packaging (box or protective bag).

Providing the receipt or order number is essential.

Items that are NOT eligible for return (Exceptions) For strict health and hygiene reasons, and to ensure the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns of earrings or piercing items once the security seal or packaging has been opened, unless they arrive defective. We also do not accept returns of:

Gift cards.

Items purchased during the "Final Clearance" sale.

How to start a return

To begin, contact us at hola@senzabrand.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

If your request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions and the address to which you should send the package.

Do not send anything without contacting us first; items sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

Important: Return shipping costs for changes of mind are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

Damage and Problems Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at hola@senzabrand.com, attaching a photograph of the problem. We will assess it and send you a replacement at no cost.

Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase separately on our website.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union) If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the items meet the hygiene and condition requirements mentioned above.

Refunds We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your package. If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
